Here's a book I'm really looking forward to reading. One of my all-time favorite actors, James Garner, best known as the star of the classic TV P.I. show The Rockford Files, has written a memoir. Simon & Schuster will publish THE GARNER FILES on November 8, 2011.

I can't wait for the book! I think it'll be a good read. But, I guess I'm a little biased since "The Rockford Files" was probably my favorite show of all time...
I'm a long time Garner fan too, only I go all the way back to Maverick in 1957. I'm really looking forward to this book.
In fact, I've already pre-ordered it at Amazon.com. They have a nice deal for pre-orders and you can get it in a Kindle version as well as print.
Thanks for the early Preview; I had not even realized the book was in the works. My most cherished possesion is an autographed photo of Mr. Garner I received about 10 years ago. I trust he is doing well since he finally released a bio!
